Welcome to Girl Get Visible! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://girlgetvisible.com, and all related services including SEO Assist, online courses, events, digital downloads, podcasts, and community platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Site, listening to our podcast, registering for a session, or engaging with our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Girl Get Visible provides education, tools, software, and community support to help entrepreneurs—particularly women—grow their business visibility using content, SEO, and digital marketing strategies. Our services include the SEO Assist platform, digital courses, strategy sessions, live events, blog content, and the Girl Get Visible Podcast.

2. Use of the Site and Services

You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s permission) to access our Services. You may not interfere with or disrupt our servers, platforms, or other users’ experiences.

3. Communication Consent (Including SMS & Email)

By submitting your information through our forms, booking a session, or engaging with any Girl Get Visible Services, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, and/or phone regarding updates, offers, and promotional content.

  • You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails or replying STOP to text messages.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@girlgetvisible.com
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Purchases of SEO Assist subscriptions, digital downloads, or online courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of login credentials or digital content is prohibited.
  • Cancellations will stop future billing, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle.
